Accommodation

Accommodation and breakfast are not included in the registration fee, and participants should book accommodation directly with the Ovation Group on-line. Contact details for accommodation will be included with the acknowledgment of your registration from Ovation. Further information on hotels available:

Please note that the conference will be held at the Université Jean Moulin, la Manufacture des Tabacs, 6 cours Albert Thomas, BP 8242 - 69 355 Lyon Cedex 08 . Full details of transfers to and from the hotels and conference centre will be provided by the conference secretariat prior to the conference and will also be available on ariival at the hotels.

Please note that the conference will continue until the evening of Friday, June 29th , followed by the gala dinner and it is suggested, therefore, that participants should book accommodation until Saturday, June 30th.
