2007 Annual Conference of State Nursing Workforce Centers

The California Institute for Nursing & Health Care is pleased to host the 2007 Annual Conference of State Nursing Workforce Centers: “Taking the Long View: Building Educational Capacity.”

The event will be held in San Francisco, California on June 7-8, 2007, with a member invitational on June 6, 2007. We are excited about the program that is being developed, which will focus on:

*Issues that limit the capacity and compromise effectiveness of the nursing education infrastructure;
*Analyze innovative strategies in nursing education and application models; and
*Develop synergy around the goal of a more effectively educated nursing workforce that is prepared to meet complex healthcare needs.
