Currently, the following demonstrations are active or are being prepared
at the EHTO demo site:

TransPath, Network for the exchange of pathological reference
cases, based on the ISDN Network technology. In parallel, CD-ROM distribution
of pathological reference cases is established. Titles include Leukemias,
Spleen, Gynecologic cytopathology: cervix.

Mermaid, telemedicine network that provides "Emergency
Medical Aid through Telematics. It provides an Integrated Multilingual
Medical Emergency Service around the world and uses state of the art satellite
and terestrial communications to transfer medical expertise to seafarers
when necessary.

HANSA. Aims to federate existing health care systems on the
top of a middle-ware platform of common services. The project will not
concentrate on building new applications but it will integrate new functionalities
and expand the existing integration platform.
