Objectives and rationale
To ensure a self-financing status for the Observatory by
providing information and by offering consultancy services. To
establish a foundation or company to continue the activities of
the Observatory.
To facilitate the migration from demonstrators towards real
business implementations
To develop marketing strategies, involving both end-users and
suppliers
To provide in the long run a platform for the testing, customising and certification of health telematics products
Description
A major effort will be made by the partners to establish the
position and reputation of the Observatory by making the best use
of the available information and knowledge.
Articles for a foundation or company, to be established, will be
drafted.
Deliverables : None was produced in the first year, 1996, or will be produced in the first 3 months of 1997
